These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Autopost, including social media scheduling, AI content generation, and multi-platform publishing features.
1. Service Scope
- Autopost provides tools for social media scheduling, AI-assisted copy generation, AI image generation, analytics, and multi-platform publishing workflows.
- We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for maintenance, security, or business operations.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
- You may not use the service to publish spam, hate speech, unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
- You may not use the service in ways that violate the platform policies of Meta, Google, Threads, or any connected third-party service.
- You may not misuse the service to disrupt systems, bypass limits, scrape data without authorization, or engage in fraud.
3. Accounts, Cancellation, and Refunds
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and connected social credentials.
- Paid subscriptions, cancellations, and refund handling are processed according to the applicable PAYUNI payment flow and any plan terms shown at checkout.
- Unless otherwise required by law, fees already charged may be non-refundable after processing.
4. Limitation of Liability
- Autopost is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accepted by third-party platforms.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
- You remain responsible for reviewing content, compliance obligations, and the actions taken on connected social accounts.
5. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to conflict of law principles.
6. Dispute Resolution
- The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith by contacting support@autopostbot.cc.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent court in Taiwan with jurisdiction under applicable law.
