Data Deletion Instructions

1. In-app self-service deletion

1. Sign in to autopostbot.cc with the Google account used for Autopost.
2. Go to Accounts in the left sidebar and click Disconnect on every connected Facebook, Instagram, or Threads account. This revokes the Meta access tokens Autopost stores and stops all further data collection.
3. Go to Settings → Delete account and confirm. This permanently deletes your Autopost profile, scheduled posts, comment history, analytics cache, and all Meta-issued tokens from our database within 30 days.

2. Email request

If you cannot access your account, email support@autopostbot.cc from the address associated with your Autopost login. Include the subject line “Delete my data”. We confirm deletion in writing within 30 days.

3. Revoke app access from Meta

You can also revoke Autopost's access to your Meta data directly from Facebook / Instagram / Threads settings:

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Autopost → Remove.
• Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Active → Autopost → Remove.
• Threads: Settings → Account → Other account settings → Apps and websites → Autopost → Remove.

4. What gets deleted

• Your Autopost account record and profile.
• All access tokens issued by Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads).
• All scheduled posts, published post metadata, comment threads, and analytics snapshots tied to your account.
• OAuth state, session cookies, and any cached Meta Graph API responses linked to your user ID.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Billing records required by tax law are retained per our Privacy Policy.
